Our Outdoor Education staff hold current qualifications in program facilitation and lifesaving, including National Lifeguard (NL), Bronze Cross, Standard First Aid & CPR ‘C,’ and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification. Many staff members are graduates of our leadership training programs and have been campers at Wenonah, ensuring they embody our philosophy and expectations.
All staff members are required to complete a criminal background check as a condition of employment, reinforcing our commitment to safety and quality.
