Participants stay in gender-specific cabins shared with peers from their group, accommodating up to 12 people. Each cabin is equipped with electricity, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and indoor lighting, featuring bunk beds for your choice of top or bottom bunk.
Washrooms are a short walk away, offering flush toilets, hot water, private showers, and change rooms, with lit paths for nighttime access. Mattresses are provided, but please bring a warm sleeping bag, a pillow, flashlight, and personal items to make your stay more comfortable!
At Wenonah, we serve hearty and delicious meals! Our professional food service team provides three buffet-style meals each day in the Boyes Lodge, along with a tasty evening snack. Each group has designated tables in the Lodge, allowing you to sit with your peers and a Wenonah staff member.
If you have dietary restrictions, please inform your teacher or group leader before arriving so we can prepare suitable alternatives. We are also “nut aware” and do not serve meals containing nuts or nut products.
Your day at Wenonah is filled with exciting and unique activities! Most of your time is spent in small groups participating in “Core Programs,” which include engaging options like archery, climbing, drama games, and backcountry cooking.
You’ll also have opportunities for personal choice activities, such as team sports and creative projects, along with full group activities like Cardio Pictionary, campfires, and wide games. Every day offers a mix of fun and adventure, ensuring you have a memorable experience!
